The cappi (Cassian, cap-pee), or fire cappi, is a marine snail that lacks a shell. They tend to prefer the rocky shoreline habitat of the northwest. Their main diet consists of decaying plant or fish. Also known as the 'fire snail', the cappi has a twin-pointed barb at the end of their body. The barb is very porous and secretes an oil that when
