The sciver (Phillian; skee-ver) carries many names; a 'starving hound', a 'scourge beast', or a 'night reaver'. These pack animals are distant cousins to canines but are said to not be of this world. Scivers always seem to look and act as if starving. They roam the plains stretching east of the northern nations of Ballidrous. Scivers hunt at night
